Colors
The technology of making colors includes:
Polyethylene(PE) colors
Paint-sprey colors

The default material we use for paperclips is Polyethylene(PE) wire if customers have no special requests on.
Besides the standard
colors(red,yellow,blue,black,orange,green,pink…) in our stock,they also could
be made into any custom PMS colors of Pantone with a certain quantity. But the
minimum quantities are different for different technologies of these wire paper
clips.
The minimum quantity for paint-sprey paper clips with PMS
colors are usually about 30 000-50 000 pieces per shape per color.But the
shortcoming is: paint-sprey colors are easily brushed off.The manufacturer has
to make the shaped paper clips first in galvanized or bare iron wires
first,then sprey the colored paint around the wires according to the requests
of customers,put them on the wire netting with tiny pores,and have them baked
in coal-scuttles to make the paint fasten around the iron wire.
(1) As for the PMS colors of PVC/vinyl coated
iron wire,the minimum quantity will be much bigger.It would be about 100 000
pieces per shape per color. The diversification of vinyl colors offers a possibility
to make the paper clips more colorful and beautiful,while the convential paper
clips usually follow the same patten-eletroplated silver.With the application
of these colored material,they are more and more used for decoration as
decorative paper clips.The color-making are usually done via using pigments and
color master batches as mentioned above,under the section of “Material”.Most of
people probably do not want that much except for really heavy hitters,companies
of promotional gifts,or big professional importer in the field of
stationery,art and craft.The flexible way is to use our standard colors.Try to
choose a color as similar as possible to what you expect to get.By this way,you

(4) Oxidized colors we usually fill include
grass green,red,black etc.They are also not the frequently-used colors for
the wire paper clips.They sometimes are used for the flat aluminum
bookmarks.
Order Process of Custom Paper Clips

For the stocked shaped paper clips, you can directly buy
from our website. The remittance will be automatically linked to the Paypal
account to complete the payment.
For the orders in big amount of payment, we could allow
customers pay 30 percent firstly as deposit, after the order is finished, usually
the balance would be paid upon the confirmation of order status then it’s ready
to ship.
For the small orders, usually it usually would be paid once
for all upon the confirmation of all the order details.
5. We proceed to the production of the orders.
If customer asks for a sampling before mass production, then
it would need take 7-10 days for the sampling additionally. And there will be a
surcharge for this job.
For those orders in standard quantities such as thousands, or ten thousands, usually we proceed to the production directly which would usually need take about 12-15 days, and confirm the status of order's completion with high -resolutions photos before delivery.
